Your life style reminded me of the kind of life style that many people live today. You work and work, and never seem to have any time for yourself. Don't think that I don't agree with the idea of working hard, but you need to have time for yourself once in a while. I mean you haven't even been to Marshall Field, not that it's necessary to go there, despite all the years you have lived in Chicago. There's nothing wrong with working hard, but you should take some time to enjoy yourself, and get to know the city better.
Many people like you, these days work all day long and just go home to do housework. I, myself, aren't included in this category. At this moment I don't work. My job right know is to go to school and pass all of my classes. I think that having the kind of life style that you have, seems very stressful, and I even know of people who's health has gotten affected because of their life style. Some people just don't seem to slow down and take a break, which causes them to get health issues. I think that people like you should slow down on working so hard and take time to enjoy life more, because we only live once. But I do understand that it is sometimes necessary to have the life style that you have.
How can you spend the majority of your life working? I understand that people don't always have a choice on how much time they have to spend working or not. Many people work so much out of necessity, because if they didn't work as much as they did they wouldn't be able to survive. With the economy as bad as it is right now, it is much more common for people to spend most of their day working. But I was wondering, do you enjoy working so much? or do you wish you could have some time for yourself and be able to enjoy the city more? I know not everyone likes to work so much, but there are exceptions, which was what made me curious.
I admire people like you, who prefer to work hard in order to survive, than go out and commit crimes. Some people decide not to work and instead they go rob or steal to get the money they need. I also understand that not all people are capable of having the life style that you have. I personally don't think I would be able to have the life style that you have.
Well, I just wanted to let you know that I admire you, and understand why you work so hard. I hope that soon, you will have time to enjoy the city, or just get time to relax. Take care and I hope you'll have time to respond to my letter, but if you don't I'll understand.
